Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No cancellations or refunds are accepted once an order is placed and confirmed.
• If a customer cancels an order 2 or more days prior to the scheduled delivery date, the paid amount will be converted into store credit, redeemable against a future order. No cash refunds will be provided.
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 days prior) will not result in any refund or store credit.
• No COD (Cash on Delivery) is available. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Nuria's Bakehouse reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
