Shipping policy

Delivery
All deliveries are fulfilled through trusted third-party local delivery partners such as Uber. Please note:

• Delivery charges apply on all delivered orders. Charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Our delivery partners do not offer doorstep delivery. Customers must come to their gate or an accessible point to collect their order.
• Orders are transported in an air-conditioned vehicle with all reasonable precautions taken to maintain product quality and presentation.
• Once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner, Nuria's Bakehouse does not hold liability for any spillage, damage, or deterioration in condition.
• Delivery slots are provided at the time of order confirmation. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather may occur and are beyond our control.

Self-Pickup
Self-pickup is available between 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Customers opting for self-pickup must collect their order within the designated time window. Delivery charges do not apply for self-pickup orders.
