Nuria's Bakehouse operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Nuria's Bakehouse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

- Delivery is available in the following slots : 10am - 12pm, 12pm to 2pm, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm & 6pm to 8pm. Your order will be delivered any time within these selected slots.
- Please ensure that you're contactable and collect the order during the time slot chosen for delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the date and time of your order.
- Any order placed after 12pm will be delivered the following day.
- Delivery charges are on actuals.
- Cash on delivery is not available.
- We accept payments via UPI and bank transfer.
- The order is confirmed after receiving 100% advance payment.
- Customizations on design and flavor will be charged separately.
- Candles and toppers are available at an additional cost.
- Cake knife is not provided by NBH
- Do note that each delivery comes with a risk and we’re not liable for delays due to natural calamity/ traffic jam or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.
