Bonfire Nights Tub & Cake

Bonfire-theme cake which got Viral after we took it to a cake picnic in New Delhi. 

Chocolate sponges soaked in rum, layered with Baileys caramel chocolate ganache, candied peanuts and peanut praline mixed with kunafa. Frosted with silky white chocolate vanilla bean buttercream and blobs of chocolate peanut buttercream. Garnished with Bonfire staples : Caramelised popcorn, toasted marshmallows, peanuts and peanut brittle.
