A milestone dessert for us. As a 100% eggless bakery, we never ventured into Swiss rolls — until now.

This Bûche de Noël features a pudding-soft chocolate sponge enriched with rum ganache, rolled with two indulgent fillings. The first layer combines dark rum ganache with scorched almonds and pecans, followed by a salted caramel Baileys whipped ganache for warmth and depth. Finished in classic Yule-log style, this is a rich, cosy winter dessert made for festive evenings.
