Chocolate sponge, milk chocolate coffee mousse, and coffee chocolate ganache come together in our signature Belgian chocolate buttercream/ aka the Matilda buttercream. Garnished with a pair of hand rolled coffee truffles, some abstract design piping, and other textures based on availability.
