Our signature Christmas Plum cake is eggless, made with rich rum-soaked fruits [soaked for over 12 months], is 100% eggless and contains scorched hazelnuts, pecans, in-house black molasses, heaps of orange zest and winter spices.
Made slowly, in limited batches.
No Tutti Fruti, No Cashews.

Our soak will yield approximately 200 cakes this season. Once sold out, orders will close. Customers may select only a time slot, not a specific date. Cake will be scheduled by our team on any day within this window. This allows us to bake fresh, manage logistics, and ensure smooth Christmas deliveries.
